Terms &
Conditions for Use
Whenever
a client buys or sells a new or pre-owned house with
Stan and Janis Gunselman or Dan Dozier, they are
automatically given a member status in a Rewards
program designed to give a “thank you” for their
loyalty.
Membership is
awarded after the purchase or sale of real estate. Then
as a member buys or sells a new or pre-owned
house, they accumulate points in direct proportion to
the value of the house they purchase or sell. A
$200,000 house would generate 200 points. A $1,000,000
house would generate 1,000 points.
In the referral system,
the referring member would receive 50 points for
each qualified referral* (either a buyer or seller) and
as the house closes a value equal to a purchase
percentage would be the final total of their reward.
Example; the referral member gets the 50 points
at the time of referral, then at the closing of a
$200,000 house, another 150 points or total of 200
points would go to the member. Likewise, if the
member receives 50 points for a referral, at the
closing of a $1,000,000 house, the member would
receive a total of 1,000 points.
The Membership
card number enables the member to access the Real
Estate Rewards page on
www.gunselman.com. There you
can redeem the accumulated points at a rate of $1.00 for
each point for travel, entertainment, restaurants, home
improvements, decorating consultation, moving expenses,
etc. Upon redemption of points, a Real Estate Rewards
Gift Card will be mailed to your registered address.
You can check your balance by clicking the button
below.

*A
qualified referral: Buyers sign a Buyer’s
Agreement that states they are ready to buy
within six months of first contact. They either
have a pre-qualification letter from a
recognized lender or agree to acquire a
pre-qualification letter within the first month
after first contact. Sellers sign a Listing
Agreement acceptable to Stan and Janis Gunselman.
**Members or referrals working with relocation
companies will generate the same rewards
structure at a 50% rate of return.
***Tennessee state law prohibits reward points
being redeemed for cash.
