BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALSA

 

 

 

2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained

2 cans white whole kernel corn, drained

1-2 yellow, red, or orange peppers, chopped

1 small can chopped green chilies

2-3 green onions, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

salt and pepper to taste

½ cup sugar

½ cup olive oil

½ cup apple cider vinegar

 

Combine all and chill. Serve with tortilla chips or FRITOS scoops.
